Ring Doorbell Not Charging

My doorbell has run out of battery and when I've gone to charge it, the white light stays on and doesn't actually recharge the battery. My app says it charging but it's not. I've tried different USB ports and sockets. Is there a solution to this?

Hi @user_d3d88f. Try factory resetting your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup on it for 20–25 seconds. If it does charge after a reset, you will need to reconnect it to your Wi-Fi. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
