Ring doorbell keeps going offline

Removable battery ring door bell keeps going offline. We have 2 batteries and it happens when either one are in. We charge battery, reboot wi fi and re-add doorbell but it happens time and time again. No other items WiFi is dropping, it worked fine for 1st year. We thought it may have had a fault from when we had hot weather but it still keeps happening. How can I get it to work all the time πŸ˜€

    Hi @user_8f0661. What is the temperature like where you're located? The cold weather that winter brings can negatively impact the batteries used in Ring devices, which may be why it's going offline frequently. The other factor at play is the wifi signal strength. If the signal is not strong, or is being affected by interference, the Doorbell would disconnect.

      Hi, the weather is mild. The WiFi signal is strong- I work further away from the modem than the doorbell and I have not had any downtime due to WiFi. I think the doorbell is faulty. We pay a subscription but the doorbell is not even live for more than 2 days. How can we get a replacement product? Thanks
