Ring doorbell 2 not working

Hi had my ring video doorbell just for a couple of days and was working fine now it's not connecting to my Wi-Fi tried all day but it's saying connection failed to connect to Wi-Fi what I find strange is that the doorbell done a health check at 23.14 which is ok but my last connection the ring made to my Wi-Fi was 23.16 been on phone to support for 40mins and got no further so looks like it's going back
