Hi @Ken6. To remove a Doorbell or Camera from the Ring App, you'll want to tap on the Main Menu \> Devices \> the device you want to remove \> Device Settings \> General Settings \> Remove This Device. That should do the trick for you! :)

Brilliant. It worked. can you help now to move my subscription for Ring Protect Plan which I just recently paid a full years subscription to the new identical Ring Video 3 Doorbell?
