My doorbell camera hasn't worked correctly since I moved house. It will often say 'device offline' and if it is working, it will not detect the motion of someone coming to my door, but it will catch cars passing along the road. I have purchased a WiFi extender, and changed my settings. Both to no avail.

Hi @user_b1b8ab. What is the last reported signal strength on the Device Health page? If the Ring Doorbell doesn't have a strong signal, it's more likely to disconnect. As for motion detection, try adjusting your Motion Zones to only cover the areas near your front door. You can also increase the Motion Sensitivity, and set up Smart Alerts if you have a Ring Home plan.
