Echo not making a sound when doorbell pressed
I've enabled the Alexa skill for ring doorbell 3 plus, but there are no announcements when the door bell is pressed? I have an echo spot and when I ask Alexa to show me the front door, it works and I see the image. But the announcements are not working.

As I said in my original post. I've already enabled the notification in the Alexa app, but when the door bell is pressed, there is no sound coming from any of my Alexa echo devices despite my having them all selected to make a sound when the door bell is pressed.

THi @Graham001. In your original post you stated that you had enabled the Ring Skill in the Alexa app. That is a great first step, but there are additional steps needed to ensure the Doorbell Announcements are coming through your Alexa devices. Once you've toggled the Doorbell Announcements on, you'll need to make sure that the volume is up on your Alexa device. You can also try to toggle the Doorbell announcements off, then back on to see if changes the behavior. If this doesn't work, try contacting our support team so they can work directly with you and figure this out. Please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support. We're taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19. This has resulted in longer than normal wait times.

Hi @Graham001. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018032731-Doorbell-Announcement-Notifications-Through-Amazon-Alexa) has some information on how to turn on the Doorbell notifications using an Amazon Alexa device. I hope this information helps!
