Delayed notification on second phone

Hi, I've got a ring door view bell but having a few issues with the notifications. On one phone, the notifications are instantz but on the other are delayed a couple of minutes. Both phones are Huawei P30 pro and both run on the same version of Android so doesn't make much sense. Anybody else have this problem or know of a solution? Thanks
