Continuous Live View With Wired Doorbell Plus

I wanted to use the new continuous live view option with my wired doorbell plus but I saw that this feature only works with wired cameras. I wish it worked with the wired doorbells as well and I can't see the reason why not. The same applies for the 7/24 recording feature as well, I upgraded my plan but looks like I will not be able to use it as most of my devices are rings not cameras.
