Wrongly started device transfer process
hardwired-video-doorbell
app-settings
I bought a new ring doorbell pro 2 from Amazon ti replace my old ring doorbell pro which had stopped working. and had the new bell professionally installed using the Ring app on my iPhone to set it up. I must’ve pressed something as a device transfer request came up which I did not mean to start. The ring doorbell is my personal property from the start, how do I get rid of this notification? Please see attached screenshot. TIA.

Hi @PJG661. I would confirm that you used the correct email when setting up the doorbell. As mentioned this Help Center article [here](https://support.help.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038010351-How-to-Take-Over-or-Change-Ownership-of-a-Ring-Device), you may have initiated a transfer of ownership inadvertently. If you need further assistance, please follow up with our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus). You can also get in touch by sending a private message [@Ring](https://community.ring.com/u/ring) on Facebook or Twitter.
