Wired Ring Doorbell: Cannot get in Setup mode after firmware upgrade
chime-pro
Doorbell was installed, all went well. Then it did a firmware update. At this point, I have one blue LED segment at the top blinking every second, it has no WiFi, and when I press the side button for setup, nothing happens. Confirmed 19V to device. Did a reset by holding setup for 30 seconds, no change. How do I get out of this situation?

Hi there, @Strongbad71! You've certainly covered all the right steps here. I recommend removing power from the Doorbell Pro, then reapplying it after a couple moments. After waiting some time, try to perform a setup from scratch in the Ring app, in which the Doorbell Pro should show setup mode and connection related lights throughout. If this is not the case, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times.
