Video doorbell 1st Gen stuck on update screen then it's not connecting
 When I'm connecting it connects but stucks on the update screen then it says video preview not available. Then looses the wifi connections. I have tried to reset it I have tried restart the router device. No luck. I have tried 5 different routers and it's not working. Any ideas?
