I do not get any volume on the doorbell camera. My phone bluetooth is no. Do I need to sing the device?

When looking to enable the Two-Way Communication on your Ring devices, please ensure to toggle a live view and then toggle the green talk button. You can also press the audio (microphone/ speaker) icons while viewing the live video in your Ring app to enable audio. While some audio should come through, even if there is WiFi experience, check out your [RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229), just to ensure for optimal WiFi signal. Please also ensure there is no VPN enabled on your mobile device, and that you've accepted all permissions for the Ring app.
