Mode setting cannot be saved

Hi Ring support teams, yesterday I no longer save mode setting changes for all my security cameras as well as the doorbells. When I go to Settings → Modes → Disarmed → Cameras and toggle off “mode detection” and click save I get the error message “Something sent wrong, . please try again later”. I get the same message for all cameras and all modes, on the website or phone app. The ring app is the latest version & I have not turn on the VPN. May I know to resolve it? Thank you.

Hi @user83095. Do you have an active Ring Protect Plan? Without an active Ring Protect Plan, some features are not available.
