Missing camera lens illumination on Door Bell Plus

I noticed when I upgraded to the Doorbell Plus when the camera recording is triggered there is NO illumination around the camera lens to alert that motion has been detected and recording has started. This feature being removed has been horrible. Based on the behavior of individuals around my camera, the impression is that the camera doesn’t work because there is no illumination around the lens when recording begins. Although I upgraded my doorbell, losing the lens illumination feature has been extremely disappointing. I’m not satisfied with my upgrade!
