My ring pro has been intermittent since day 1. Ihave it connected directly to a good power supply. It can be out for a week, yet the app shows no down time. The Ring speed test is inaccuate. I run a speed test with my phone at the doorbell, and the download is 24-25. their test often shows 4-7. Not complaining, just stating facts.
