I asked an electrician to put an adaptor 5.5v 250MA to my ring doorbell and I still don’t get the doorbell to work Any ideas ?

    Hi @RoyMoritz. The only compatible adapter for the Ring Doorbell (excluding the Doorbell Elite) is the Plug-In Adapter. We do not advise using a third party adapter, as we cannot guarantee this will work to provide sufficient power.
