Free faceplate for Doorbell Pro 2?

I installed a new Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2 on 14th May and in the Ring app it said "Soon, you'll get an e-mail on how to redeem a free faceplate in your choice of colour." I waited a few days but did not receive the email (yes I have checked my spam folder etc) and so I called Ring support who promised I would receive it within 24 hours. I had to contact Ring support twice, but I did end up receiving it.
