I took my doorbell off to charge the bettery and it went offline and i have tried to reset it to go back but it wont go back on line , the light does come on at all even after pressing the orange button. Please help!!!!!
Hey @amac! I recommend proceeding with the charge, and allow the Doorbell battery to charge for a few hours before attempting another setup. Once charged, it should reconnect. If it still does not function as expected, please reach out to our support team, at 800-656-1918, for further troubleshooting.
