Distance from street setting

Hi all. I'm new to this and can't for the life of me find the menu for how far away my ring doorbell is away from the street. I think I set it to the shortest which I have now realised was wrong. How do i go about changing this or am I stuck with it? I'm using the ring doorbell 4. It's approximately 5ft off the ground as the house is set back lower than street level.
