Subscription?why?
Why now I have to subscribe to protect plan to see ad save videos. I’ve had my two ring devises for over a year and las week I tried to recall a video taken earlier in the day and found out of the new rule. I don’t recall having being told that When I bought the cameras.

Hi @Art8229. A [Ring Protect Plan subscription](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360030333671-How-to-Subscribe-to-the-Ring-Protect-Plan) is required to save and view any recording that is captured by your Ring device. Without a Ring Protect Plan subscription, you will be able to use Live View and 2 way audio. Certain retailers will give you a free 1 year subscription, but every device comes with a free 30 day trial. You can use the link above to sign up. I hope this information helps!
