Ring doorbell not charging just constantly flashing the blue light

I put my ring doorbell on to charge but all it’s doing is continuing flashing the blue light in full. I’ve left it on charge for 10 hours and it’s still not charged it. Tried resetting it and reconnecting it but still the same issue when I put it back to try and charge it.  It’s a  Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Gen) | Wireless Video Doorbell I purchased this in December 2023
