Removal of modes from dashboard

I want to express my anger and disappointment of the choice to remove the “Modes” function from the dashboard without letting your users know.When purchasing the basic ring protection plan this was an included benefit. How do you just decide to remove this functionality and not let users know? To me it is part of a contract we received in the protection plan that was purchased. Now in order to have this we need to pay for an updated plan?POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEMaybe we should all contact our state attorney generals office to have them review the legality of such a decision. Although it is a poor decision, I could understand making a possible change at the end/beginning of plan expiration date.Maybe switching to a new device/service is the best option after shortcomings like this!!
