Ring Security Cameras
Wasted 5 days with Ring support and they are useless
I have a Ring spotlight camera that refuses to go into "live mode". They had me waste money on a Ring Chime, that didnt help. Told me to get my internet provider to come out and fix my internet issue, they charged me $250 for the service call and there was nothing wrong with the internet. I have spent the past 5 days on the phone with Ring and now they are telling me its the "firmware update" that is failing and the camera is out of warranty. There needs to be a class action lawsuit against Ring. Their customer support is awful and they are costing customers a lot of money and no support on fixing issues.
