View Out of my country
Hi, I’m on vacation in the Dominican Republic. My camera is at my home in Canada. I’m on wifi at the hotel and it says I can’t connect, that I have no connection. I will attach a screen shot. I thought I can view from anywhere if I was on data.

The hotel is probably blocking it. Did you try using data just to see? You may need a VPN if it's being blocked.
