Spotlight Cam Pro YELLOW night vision

Hi! I just swapped my Spotlight Cam Plus for the Pro. The clarity is better but from the first night I have had it installed and since then when I have the color night vision selected, it is showing an all Yellow picture. I’ve read maybe the IR filter can be stuck? It’s brand new. What should I do or is there a fix before I return it? Thanks!
