Spotlight Cam Plus won't recharge
My Spotlight Cam Plus is less than 1 year old (2022 release purchased on March 21, 2024 ) and has stopped recharging both of the batteries and does not see the solar panel. I did not get the warranty because all the other ring cameras have lasted for several years now. It shows on my purchase information that it is not eligible for a return or a replacement. I have replaced the original panel with a new one, I have recharged the batteries that were in them which charged to 100% okay, but then replaced them with new ones that I charged to 100%. I have even replaced the barrel plug that connects the camera to the two solar panels that I have used. The Device Help app does show the battery levels and I do get the emails that this device's power is low.

Hi @user_fa2e8d. You can also try factory resetting it by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds, then reconnecting it to your Wi-Fi. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
