Solid Red Light Stick Up Battery Cam

My camera is working fine, but recently when it's not activated the LED is solid red. The charge is 76% so that's not the problem. I have checked the website for LED states, but solid red is not mentioned. Any ideas? Ken

    My spotlight ring camera does not light up at night now it shows 2 or 3 sold red lights why. my batteries are fully charged

      Hi @user23578. If you see the red lights activated at night, these are the infrared lights utilized for night vision. The light on your Spotlight Cam should come on when motion is detected at night, but it does need to be dark enough outside. If the sun is setting and the ambient lighting isn't that dark, the light may not come on depending on how bright it still is outside. You can also check the settings in the Ring app: - Tap the menu in the top left. - Tap **Devices**. - Tap your Spotlight Cam. - Tap **Device Settings** and choose **Light Settings**. - Make sure the **Motion-Activated Lights** are toggled on.
