Ring Spotlight Cam Pro screw not coming out

Question

Ring Spotlight Cam Pro the screw on the mount base will not come loose & out. The camera doesn't ship with the proper tool to use and none of my various sized phillip screw drivers are not catching in order to loosen it; therefore,  the mounting ball cannot go into the socket on the base. Frustrating. Ready to send it back. Very disappointing for an otherwise easy setup & install.
