Ring app on my iPhone is not listing my wifi network while trying to set up indoor camera

Hi,I bought my first ring device which is indoor camera generation 2. While I’m trying to setup i don’t see my network listed in the wifi connection stage. My wifi is working properly (all my other devices are connected and working) , I’m having the router the indoor cam and phone all together in the same while trying to setup.I have tried restarting my phone, reinstalling ring , restarting indoor camera etc.Nothing has fixed it yet.Can someone advise me please?Thanks

Hi @user67883. Is this network a 2.4GHz or a 5GHz network? Are you using the correct [ports and protocols](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/205385394-Protocols-and-Ports-Used-by-Ring-Devices) for Ring devices?
