Hi! there, I'm a newbie of Ring security system and just put it up for a week. As checking the footage when I was away, I found the recording was stopped because of low battery. I can see the recording was stopped at 13:00 but the timeline was still running.Here are my questions:1) while the timeline is running, is it mean that the camera is still recording? but just nothing detected?2) why the battery was running out so quickly? it was fully charged before I turned on the away mode and it was placed in an indoor area.

Hi @user_bc4e30. When there is a low battery, Live View will be disabled. The device will still continue to detect motion and record until the battery is completely drained. The battery may be draining quickly due to cold weather. You can learn more about this here.
