Pan tilt camera home position not working
Hi Has anyone had an issue with the indoor pan tilt camera default position not working? I have 2 of these camera's brand new. I try to set the default home position under general and device settings. I let it finish calibration. I set the home position. Press save. Skip the zone protection setting next. Then it immediately defaults to it's center default position? Ive rebooted them, reset them and nothing resolves this? Anyone else had the same issue?

Update. Spent an hour on the phone with a senior engineer in the USA. We could not resolve the issue. This has now gone to the dev team as I stressed this seems like a bug. They can pull logs from our cams about what actions there taking during operations.

I am also having the same issue trying to set up new cam this afternoon. Very frustrating but nice to know it isn't something I'm doing wrong... It's also not letting me rotate cam view as I have installed upside down on ceiling. So video appears upside down no matter what I do. :-(
