Not notified to ring doorbell

1:40 PM I’ve recently installed 2 security cameras in my back garden. Someone rang my ring doorbell but I wasn’t notified abd think it was because ring was recording back garden activity at the same time as we were in the garden How do I stop this happening?

Hi @user_d427eb. One device recording does not affect the others ability to deliver notifications. You may need to adjust your notification settings.   https://ring.com/support/articles/vll73/troubleshooting-notifications-from-ring
