No volume slider button on ring app

I have two outdoor wired security cameras attached to the walls of a building. But the volume is so low that you can barely hear the siren or the alert telling people they are being recorded. I went on the ringapp to raise the volume, but there is no volume slider button to raise the siren volume or the voice volume on the app. I tried calling customer service and chat support--but customer service did not have an answer and chat support disconnected the chat. a little frustrated with this issue. Does anyone have suggestions?
