Light not turning on when motion is detected

I have a Spotlight Cam Plus. Previously its light turned on when detecting motion. This has been a great deterrent for crime. However, the light no longer comes on. I can turn the light on remotely, so I know it works, but it only stays on for 30 seconds. I trouble-shot this with Ring support and we went through the whole process of reviewing the setting. When I turn the light setting on, a pop-up appears that says the light will be on for 30 seconds. The setting then turns itself off. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Hi @user_60d233. The light should come on with motion detection as long as you have the Motion-Activated Lights toggle on, and it's dark enough outside. Try rebooting the Spotlight Cam using the reboot option on the Device Health page in the Ring app, then test the motion detection at night.
