Hi neighbors. Your lights on your Floodlight Cam function off a different sensor as well that can have your lights activate even if your Camera has not detected motion. To adjust the sensitivity on your lights, you have to go to your Light Settings which can be found in your Cameras Device Settings. On this page you can find the option to adjust Light Sensitivity. I hope this helps.

Mine too! The light seems to come on constantly - regardless of the sensitivity setting. -I have it set as low as it will go. While I’m thinking of it, I’ve also noticed that there’s a lot fewer options to set the sensitivity to and the floodlight, I have six ring cameras, and my floodlight is the only one that only has three options or three clicks in the sensitivity setting meter (u can set it to what would be 0, about 35, about 70, and 100). The others have just a bar which u can move the dot along, allowing you to set it to what amounts to like 30 or so different positions along the sensitivity meter). It’s also the only camera I have that is actually hardwired, the others are all battery, so I don’t know if this has something to do with that or not, but you would think it would be the opposite, if it’s hardwired, it’s not gonna kill the battery quickly so it would make sense to have more options in the higher sensitivity range, instead of the two (70 and 100) that are offered. What’s the deal with this and anyone know how to deal with this sensitivity of the light issue?
