Feedback on internal camera

Hi all We gave the internal pan tilt camera and we was getting soooo much feedback. The room sounds noisy when it’s totally silent. I called up Ring, troubleshooted with them, no luck and so they sent out a new one.  However, the new one has this feedback still when I unmute the volume. I’ve also tried connecting outside the house a few km a way! Still there!!  Anyone have any issues to resolve this? Thanks  Rebecca
