Constant blue light wired ring doorbell

What does I mean if there’s a constant blue light? The doorbell just isn’t working, I’ve tried all the trouble shooting but nothing. I’ve even deactivated to reinstall but nothing works, I can reinstall because you can’t get passed the connection section. All the troubleshooting says is that there I.
