Can you set new default view angle on pan and tilt mount?

Using the Pan-tilt mount. Is there a way to set a default viewing angle? I can pan and tilt to see what I want but then after a few minutes the camera pans and tilts back to it’s own default view. I’d like to set a new default view that it always goes back to - so it’s pointed at what I want to monitor. Thanks!
