Camera not working
I have installed two outdoor Stick Up Cameras a couple of days ago and one of them has become unresponsive with no live feed or siren. Everything had been working OK until this point. The battery is fully charged, and I have made several attempts to reconnect the camera. There is no problem with the WiFi as the other devices remain connected ( Ring Doorbell, Stick Up cam & Indoor Cam.) I have tried pressing the reset button but this doesn't seem to re-initislised the camera relibly. When connected I have tried a reboot which also had no effect. I managed to capture a health status page of the device which shows the camera connected and good battery status. Although this is not always available, and the live video stream doesn't work. Please advise what is required to resolve the issue as I have spent a number of hours following the trouble shooting guides without success.
