had a problem with the app where in modes ,if i want to custom mode settings for cameras i get a pop up telling me that : our system is experiencing a delay : called technical support ,but unable to help said to me they will be in contact in 48 hours , never heard from them again .how can i check if they are still working on the problem or have conveniently forgot.
