Ring Protect Plus Plan - Alarm not covered?
HiQuestion. I pay monthly for Ring Protect Plus plan and have done for sometime. I have just logged into my account and it tells me my Alarm system monitoring is not covered by this plan. I believe I paid this extra money to have 3G backup on my alarm system and also the system would be monitored so I would get a call should the alarm be triggered. Has this changed?? I see there is a Protect Pro option (twice the £) and this covers alarms with 3G backup?? Have things changed and I have not been told?? Plus wht does my online account always show dollars ($10 / $20) when I am in the UK?? Neil
