Ring (1st Gen) Plan switch without my consent
Ring decided to change my subscription from the Ring Unlimited Monthly Plan to the standard plan back in December of 2024 without my knowledge. On top of all this today I check my banking account and saw a double charge from Ring. i was told that my original plan has been deleted and is no longer part of the ring subscription and now if i want to have the 24/7 monitoring and all the other features i have to pay 19.99/mth. This is unacceptable I would have never purchased the security system and all the equipment had i know this was going to happen. I want a full refund on all the ring equipment I've purchased since I no longer have the professional monitoring. False advertisement at its finest. I was reeled in by the affordability of ring purchased thousands of dollars worth of equipment all for it to be taken away without me knowing. Such a shame.
