Refund to expired credit card

Question

I have changed from 2 Protected Plan Basic to a Protect Plan Plus. I've received the email confirming the prorate refund to the used credit card that is now expired. I just want to ask Ring to do the refund to another credit card but all help desk chat send me to here.
