Does anyone see a reason why it was necessary for them to once again raise the price for the basic plan for the service? Do you really Need To save 180 days worth of footage?

I just found out they raised the price for the basic plan. Called the useless customer service in the Phillipines and spoke with a so-called agent that could barely speak English. All they can do is read out of a book and wouldn't connect me with a supervisor. Ring is the worst security company there is so I'm filing a complaint with the Attorney General. Then I'm selling my cameras.
