'Looks like you're new here'

I am trying to set up a ring protect subscription, but any time I click 'subscribe now' on the ring protect basic plan option it takes me back to the home page where the only options are to set up a new device or something. Any one else experienced this? I have also tried to phone and it says the number is not operational.
