Cant log in to renew plan
troubleshooting
I got a second ring doorbell and my free trial has ended. I want to renew as the trial has now ended. For 2 weeks its asking me to identify myself to renew it but then says there is a temporary issue and may not be able to log in. I now have no coverage with my 2 ring doorbells which isnt ideal. How do i rectify this as I can get in to my account. Just not renew the plan
