Cancel plan
Trying to cancel my plan and when I log in it just says “loading” under plan status and I can’t press anything. I then try to talk to Ring and the chat doesn’t load and I can’t produce a verification code on my phone. They’ve now taken money from my account (I’ve been trying to cancel for three days). Not sure what else to try?

Hi @user_c914c3. Which web browser are you using to access Ring.com? Do you have a VPN running on your computer also? I'd recommend using a default installation of a web browser, such as Firefox or Google Chrome, and turning off any VPNs when logging into Ring.com. You should be able to cancel your Ring subscription by following these steps.
