Hi @user_da1270. Have you contacted our support team regarding the issues you're having with your Ring Doorbell? We're happy to help with troubleshooting if you let us know what's going on. With that said, you do not need to create a new Ring account to set up a new device. You can remove a device under Device Settings > General Settings > Remove Device.
