Yes I am finding it really annoying. If they cannot get rid of this I will have to ditch ring and find an alternative. That won’t be too difficult. Ring are not the only players in this mid game.

I was thinking the same thing, throw them in the bin. How stupid can you to try to sell something which I already have. Or sell something which you don’t want and annoy the s@@@t out of you that still buy a plan ?? Are you mad!!!???

That’s is seriously annoying. I get those mails as wel trying to do the same thing. Unfortunately no-reply mails. In fact I couldn’t find a email address to give my feedback. Pretty bad as well.

Hi neighbors. A free trial of Ring Home Premium is applied when you purchase a new device and set it up. If your trial has already expired and you are still getting the alert, our team has been made aware of this issue and is currently working to resolve it. Thank you for your time and patients.

And still, a month later, no news on the annoying pop-up - I have had a subscription for years and now being hassled every time I use the app for upgrade to premium. I feel this is harassment and and starting to lose faith in it ever being fixed. This will of course cause me to cancel my subscription and dump the product in favour of another solution (of which there are many)- Can you advise on the progress of the 'development' of a solution... TBH, you only have to regress to a previous version of the app code (which isn't hard).
