Unable to connect to ring network

Does anyone know how to fix the problem whenever it tells me to join the ring Wi-Fi network it keeps showing up as “ unable to join network” And it won’t let me proceed past that. Thank you

Hi @user_5e32c6. The temporary Ring network is only used during setup, and doesn't actually provide an internet connection. We have some tips for both iOS and Android devices for this issue here. If you have access to a different phone or tablet, try using that to complete the setup process.
